Are you among those or know someone that have head lice and dandruff problems? Well, you are not alone. Many people are suffering from head lice and dandruff and it seems like no matter what they do, it's still there. How embarrassing it may be to handle that itchiness on your head in front of people or something is crawling on your head or clothes. You might hear someone exclaiming, "yuck!"

Head lice are parasites transferred from one person to another by sharing combs, clothes, caps, and brushes. But it is normal for kids in pre-school and children. These gross parasites suck blood from your scalp.

Here are the natural remedy of getting rid head lice, even dandruff:

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apply 3 tablespoons of ACV directly onto scalp. Massage it and leave for 15 minutes. Wash with shampoo and conditioner until the smell is gone. Do it regularly.

2. Olive Oil

Comb your hair first before applying olive oil. Massage the hair scalp and cover it with a shower cap. Let it stay overnight. Olive oil is known for its effectiveness in fighting and killing lice.

3. Mayonnaise

Apply mayonnaise directly on your hair and massage it for some minutes. Cover it with a shower cap and leave it overnight. Wash your hair the next day and comb your hair to remove the eggs.

4. ACV and Coconut Oil

Apply AVC all over your hair. Then, apply coconut oil from hair down to the scalp. Cover it with a shower cap and let it stay for at least 8 hours. Repeat once a week for three weeks.

5. Salt and Coconut or Olive Oil.

Mix the 1/4 cup of salt and 1/4 cup of warm water in a spray bottle. Spray this to your hair and let it dry. Then, apply the coconut or olive oil all over your hair and scalp. Let it soak for at least 8 hours.

6. Onions

Blend the onions to make a paste. Extract the juice from it and directly apply to your hair and cover it with a shower cup. Soaked it for at least 2 to 3 hours. Wash it off with shampoo and let it dry. Repeat this treatment for three days and once a month.
